How It Works

From first online consultation to follow-up after you fly home — cross-border treatment in six steps.

Send your diagnosis and reports; receive a preliminary plan and cost estimate.
  2. Records translation
We help prepare translated medical records that meet hospital requirements.
  3. Visa & entry
Visa-free entry for many nationalities; port visas available for medical purposes.
  4. Hospital visit
The international department arranges appointments, interpreters and direct insurance billing where available.
  5. Treatment & recovery
Surgery or therapy, plus a recovery-friendly travel itinerary if you wish.
  6. Follow-up
Remote follow-up and translated medical reports after you return home.
Is there a medical visa for China?

China currently has no separately named 'medical visa' — most patients enter visa-free or on a standard tourist visa and can receive treatment.

What if I do not speak Chinese?

International departments provide interpreters, and medical companions can be hired in major cities.
